What a waste of time. I had and issues with my statements. Was waiting in a queue and some women with laptop come to me and asked how can help, so I started to explain my concerns and issue where she inturupted me and sent me to machine to print statements(that was not the case of problem), she didn't even listen to what I had to say what's the issue, then some men come to us inturupted me again without saying who is he (meanwhile woman just left) and barclays worker in barely understandable English said I have to ring to some phone number for help... And run off.... I did go back to the queue again. When was my turn, at the desk I tried to explain to the women my issue with statement, however didn't seem to bothered to understand my concerns she just asked to open my app and pres help button to use help service on app. Proper waste of my time traveling to city centre for help and advice. I undertend there is a lot of people coming there however if you can't keep it and do your job maybe it's time to change it. Also drugged woman inside sitting falling a sleep with hers mate( who was under something for sure) while security guard had a smoke in front of entrance. Crazy.

I was completely discouraged from choosing Barclays as my bank because of a staff on the basement floor.
I had been preparing all the required documents listed in the application for about a month in anticipation of opening a Barclays account. However, since the application didn?t provide detailed information about the required documents, customers couldn't have known everything in advance.
She rudely said I had brought the wrong documents, as if she wanted to argue with the customer, and continuously interrupted me while I was speaking. If she had spoken more kindly and calmly, I would have been willing to gather the necessary documents, despite the inconvenience, and reschedule for a longer appointment again to open the account with Barclays. After this terrible service experience, I don?t think I will ever use Barclays again.
I usually skip Google reviews, even when the service is bad. However, I'm writing a review for the first time because I'm very angry.

This is my branch and have been banking for over a decade.
They are always very good and attentive.
But not today.
Had ordered some cash in, and collected slightly less as change my mind, however when I mentioned I wanted 3 more notes, this customer service lady, of a larger stature , English and short curly/wavy hair didn?t even let me finish my sentence and jumped saying no more we don?t have any more it?s all finished!! Quite rude.
So in a matter of 10 minutes it?s finished? ? and I ordered the cash to collect , and I?m the only one at the counter.
And this was after literally 20 mins of going through security (that I was randomly picked) and it was taking forever and my baby crying in the background , she didn?t even tell me what was happening until I asked her, then started explaining in a not very nice tone! The ones when you regret asking the question ?
The original lady that dealt with my query was not English, she was very nice and lovely.
I wouldn?t want to see that other lady next time when I go in at all ? This customer service rep makes you uncomfortable for being a customer/client there (a shame I didn?t catch her name) but I think I described her well.
