If you ask for mobility scooter they will toss you the key and watch you struggle to get the scooter out. They are so tightly packed that your staff should disconnect the scooter and pull it out for the disabled person...!

Brilliant store, excellent product range. Came for a meal deal, recommend the chicken katsu bites. Plenty of parking in large parking lot. Store is clean and generally tidy. Fair price for the meal deal and was very tasty.

Delivery driver assaulted my mother who has just come out of hospital with sepsis and pneumonia! This was today (8/12/24) will be coming in to store to put in a serious complaint, a police report will also be made.

Fruit and veg selection seemed a bit limited but the store was clean and tidy plus the staff was superb.

Would rate 0 stars if could Not shopping here again placed an order for delivery and majority of the order wasn't delivered was told they would issue a refund but not the point the missing orders where that for my 1 year old niece who we struggle to get to eat and will only eat set things due to a delay I'll no longer shop at Asda and be taking my custom to Iceland as never had any issues with them

Have used this shop with my elderly mum for a few years now. Just recently I feel service has gone very down hill. I was browsing the chilled section for an item and realised some I was looking for were over 4 days out of date . As there was a lady packing selves nearby I mentioned it to her she didn?t say anything and just took the pie from my hand. I returned to grab an in date one to notice another 3 pies all well out of date. I approached again this time there was a male worker with her . He literally just snatched the pies from my hand and didn?t say a thing. Like it was my fault they had been left there. It?s not the first time I?ve seen out of date items still shelved. That same day I approached the check out to a youngish girl worker who I thought was maybe a little shy at first , I smiled and got nothing back . Popped my shopping on the conveyor and moved down to start packing. The whole process was very grim. She didn?t once speak or show any emotion . She didn?t even tell me how much my shopping total was . All the time I was talking to her nothing. I said thank you and she just turned her head to serve the next customer. I did wonder if I had gotten it wrong and she may have had a disability or was unable to hear and needed an aid etc. But when I returned the following week she was having a conversation with staff very easily. She was obviously just very rude. I definitely think she needs a bit of training as I noticed she was like this with all the customers and not just me.

Asda Drakehouse is a store we visit regularly for various reasons BUT the staff are exceptionaly helpful and pleasnt Please thank a lady called Liz on the checkout who this Wednesday carefully patiently explained the benifit of having an Asda app she is a treat to be on checkout Well done Liz keep up the good work we did go home and managed to install the app You are a star Annette and Keith

I like asda but I prefer Sainsbury's. The veg at asda is limited.
