The staff are arrogant an most have bad attitudes . All I get is rudeness an arrogant remarks from staff. Disgraceful store managers, body language with both hands in pockets, because they don't know how to speak good academic English. Lottery counter are so rude an give you an attitude with funny faces.You don't need this when you go to a shop. These staff need training on how to treat people. They are scammers and bitter throughout. The shop barely ever has what you want, barely none organic on these days of toxic food. Abysmal experience, what a joke!

Absolutely the worst staff ever, especially the ones that have been working there for many years. From managers to lottery shopping assistants; many of them are so rude, xenophobic and prideful, with a sense of entitlement. They act and treat you like animals, not human beings that can actually try to reason with calm words. We will never be back at this ASDA and will highly encourage all our friends, family and acquaintances to avoid it at all costs. Police had been informed many times.

This Asda needs to organise trolleys for use.Had to limit my shopping to one item as no trolleys available.Asked the security man if I could use a trolley left at top of escalator.Was refused. Therefore spent much less than I would have done.Also yobs riding bikes round inside of building .Won't be returning.

Asda opticians. I've been buying my specs from here for several years. Good choice of frames, great prices and very friendly and professional dispensing staff. Had an eye test this visit and the optician was thorough and supportive. Whilst I was having my test, my partner had her flu jab in the adjacent chemist and she was impressed with the service and staff. 5 stars all round.
