The staff are too busy talking to friends and colleagues instead of helping customers. I waited ten minutes for my purchases to be authorised but the staff were still talking to their friends so I left without my shopping.

Never enough staff on or the staff just stare at you and are completely disinterested in helping usually because they?re swarmed with other jobs because there 2 people at work. Get more staff on please, never anyone around when there?s an issue at the self service which is most of the time

Appalling service.
Visited 2nd time since I moved here a month ago. I won't be returning. 1st time there was a single pregnant woman running all of the tills and having to dash from 1 to the next. This time I had trouble with the scale and stood there like an idiot waiting for the only staff member to stop yapping to someone who wasn't even being served about how she's been there for 8 years. I walked out and left my half checked out shopping. Enjoy restocking when you eventually notice that someone needed help.

Shame the staff aren't very friendly. Go in most days as I run my business nearby and its not great service.. sometimes quite rude and nobody seems to care and the outside is always dirty.

Such a warm, helpful and happy shopping environment to be in. It?s nice to see members of staff actually enjoying their jobs rather than being miserable robots. I?m unsure as to why so many people leaving previous reviews were annoyed and dissatisfied with their shopping experience here, I left with a smile on my face and my mood lifted.

The young tall girl and a young short man continued to flirt and play fight while customers needed help .the staff in this shop are awful. The bloke who works in mornings normally he wears glasses he is the only staff who is doing his job correctly

Some reduced prices go through at normal prices, I know people get to till and won't complain but I asked one girl to help and my god, it was as if I was asking for the world. I did ask nicely. Another item I said needed reducing and she just tapped the basket compartment. What an ignorant attitude no customer service there , I just left the things behind if I'm a problem .Tallish thin girl doesn't wear glasses Early Sunday afternoon 5th November.Get your prices sorted then we don't have to trouble staff who don't want to talk.

The woman on the click and collect counter is the rudest person I have ever met. She was so rude to me and 2 other customers in the space of 3 minutes. Baffles me that this person is allowed to work here. I have come across some rude people before but this was another level. Looking at reviews and this looks like a problem across the board. Asda sort it out.

The service is terrible, the workers completely ignore you and rather just avoid you than actually help, went to the checkout to buy cigarettes and the employee saw me and looked at me 3 times and didn?t even acknowledge me, then decided to walk away, FIX YOUR ATTITUDE.
