Disappointing service experience. I used ASDA's prescription service to order medication. My local pharmacy couldn't stock it, so I was informed that this particular branch would have it available after 4 pm on the same day (which was perfect). Seems to be a revolving door of staff with poor training on procedures and policies. Both evening staff unable to deal with my prescription as they didnt have the credentials to access the system. Poor planning by management and was simply told to try somewhere else, so i will, and suggest others do the same
