Visited Wandsworth road Asda in Sheffield with my wife so she could buy some lingerie,( bras ) and other bits , myself though I would get some short,but the choice was very limited so bought nothing ,
My wife wasn't quite sure if a few items would fit size so thought she could try on in the changing room, however it took us about 15 mins to find a staff member, who then said changing room closed for the day after 6pm so felt disappointed and unsure weather to purchase the items given we live 20miles away from the store ,It is little disappointing about lack staff available in the clothing department given the size of it !, many Items of clothing were simply strewn about on the floor along with empty hangers , obviously items had been nicked and hanger left for the visually Impaired to trip on ,there was even an empty phone charger box on the floor ? ,There was one young Staff member simply walked past the clothing on the floor ,simply shows a lack of care and no enthusiasm for the job ,
on , even the lower floor a there were a few bits of food on the floor lettuce and few empty crisps packet been dropped ,some cardboard packaging strewn about , definitely not to the standard of my local Aldi . what has happened ?

Good sized shop, everything you need is stocked here but timing of key to getting it. Avoid busy times as as you likely to find bare shelves!! Other that that get there early and you?ll find most things

Usual Asda. Bigger than most. Not many staff around to help but once you?ve been once, you know the shop layout. Cheaper than Morrison?s, more stock, bigger variety, seems to attract a variety of people who you would normally give a wide birth to? the choose the own toppings for the pizza counter is one of the best pizzas I?ve ever had, except the staff need a bomb up their backside to speed them up, be prepared to wait ages, there is usually 2 staff serving, unless it?s really busy, then they just have the 1 ? big car park but getting out is a nightmare, 2 ways in, only one way out

Disgusting. No pizza large trays 4 small stuck together. Nothing on shelves. Staff are so demotivated they don't want to help. Disgusting and I live about 10 mins away. Wish aldi did more never go in again

Horrible store and experience with Asda handsworth charged me twice and not giving me a refund very rude staff, very unhelpful miscommunication from the night manager Lindsey. Told me to come at 9am for a refund and then another manger saying 3-5 working days. Horrible day at Asda. Need new staff

Not a good start to.my Saturday I have just started using Asda rewards, & not too sure how to use it. Visited Handsworth Sheffield, the lady on the self check outs was so rude, & spoiled my day. 3 times she said " I haven't got time to show you. Go to groceries, which I couldn't see. I felt embarrassed & patronised. I then told a Manager, & the the reply was, " she can be a bit abrupt sometimes" no apology. Well dear, don't wear a Happy to help top & claim to be an Asda colleague of the year. You are in the wrong job. Merry Christmas (NOT )

Visit to Adsa Handsworth road, the lady on the self checkouts. Rude & impatient.
I wasn't sure how to do the rewards card. Her reply was, I've no time for this, indeed it was busy & maybe holding the queue up. But no need for the nasty, intimidating & rude attitude.
Reported to 1 of the managers, his reply was, she isn't shouting at everyone, but can be abrupt,
Ger yourself a new job, & dint wear happy to help top, coz you are obviously in the wrong 1.
