Amazing service! Took less than a minute to receive my item with fast track. This is my first collection from Argos and loved my experience. So I would certainly recommend this store.

Would rate no star but I can't. Attempted to try out the furniture but was not allowed, and the customer assistant was very, very rude. Wouldn't advise going here again.

Appaling service just received- ordered 3 reams of A4 paper, store again tried to slive a ripped ream in between the other two (2nd time this has happened!! They need to get their act together!! EXTREMELY unhelpful, to the point of suggesting I make a trip specially to collect a replacement ream which will take 5 days!! (Which is not convenient, especially when they are at fault) - wouldn't have given 1 star, but is the minimum I can give. AVOID this store like the plague )-:

Disgraceful!!!, went to Argos at Kilner Way today to take back a faulty iPhone 6s and after talking to the staff member for at least 5 mins she went to get the manager and we spoke to him about the phone and he just said go to Apple and let them sort it and then come back to get a new phone maybe. So I went all the way to Meadowhall to the Apple shop and they had a look and said straight away there is a problem but at Argos the staff member and manger said it wasnâ??t broke. So after all this Apple said to save you trailing all the way back to Argos we will just give you a new phone here right now! I really donâ??t know why Argos couldnâ??t have just done that but anyway. (DO NOT BUY IPHONES FROM ARGOS)

Tried returning a game, they opened the game thinking I had opened it and told me I couldn't return it. The seal was fine. Ridiculous. Absolutely terrible service.

Refused return of perfectly new TV. Manager on shift called me a liar, calling part of the design scratches. He was perfectly happy to sell me on their no quibble returns policy though just a few days before.
Save yourself the hassle and go to another Argos for big purchases.

Sell you things that require you to keep the receipt, but they dont tell you so then your gift becomes unusable. Also I think the staff are boggled by a ringing phone, it seems none if them know how to answer it.

Went a day late for items I had reserved previously. Two of the items had risen in price but the manager let me have them for the lower value, saved me £9. Great service.

Bought the Epson printer but wasn't offered the mcafee protection offer, I was served by Kirsty. she spent more time offering other products. Collection was quick.
