When to store for a genius bar we have an issue with a mobile phone case which is we bought from here and the crack which is come in I tried to express it to the Advisor and Advisor says he going to ask help from the manager apparently don?t want to swap basically he just don?t wanna help. I tried to say that he is an old phone, which is iPhone 13 covers. Manager Alex apparently don?t want to swap basically he just don?t wanna help. I tried to say that he is a old phones which is iPhone 13 covers the same issue I have they will replace because it?s a 16 pro Max they?re not gonna replace it and also the manager is very unprofessional the way he talks so not even apologise.

The Apple Store at Meadowhall is great. So clean and pristine just as I would expect from Apple. The staff were also perfect and it was fun trying out all their new devices!

Today I visited the Apple Store in Meadowhall after making an appointment via phone to speak with a technical advisor regarding an issue with my iPad. I spoke to a wonderful and helpful staff member called Jamie, absolute legend~ He helped sort out the issue for me, and as I rely on my iPad for my work he was able to quickly, thoughtfully and efficiently get me sorted out.
I was directed to another fantastic member of staff called Hinna, so we could talk more about the iPad Air, and she also explained about the helpful business service that Apple provides, I got registered then and there for free. Hinna was exceptionally kind, helpful, personable and friendly - I was completely put at ease throughout the experience, and was treated very fairly. The issue with my iPad was promptly addressed. I would love to mention Lozzie as well, as she also helped me today with another purchase I made. I?ve been a longtime customer at Apple because they?ve never let me down. If you?re considering buying, please visit the Apple Store in Meadowhall and you will leave with a smile and great products :)

My phone was still under warranty, and when I brought it in, they confirmed through their system that the earpiece wasn?t functioning. I was told it would be sent out for repair. A week later, I was informed they couldn?t repair it due to ?modifications? ? something I found baffling, as we had purchased the phone directly from Apple and had never altered or repaired it in any way.
What struck me more than the decision was the attitude. The staff member I dealt with was dismissive, almost eager to be rid of me. He hesitated to share his name and offered no meaningful explanation. It felt like the kind of indifference that comes when companies grow too large to care about individual customers.
To make matters worse, they wiped all the data from my phone without warning. When I pointed out that I should have been told this might happen, I was met with a cold, unapologetic response: ?You accepted the terms and conditions ? it?s not our fault.?
It wasn?t just poor service ? it was a stark reminder of how easily customer care is replaced by corporate policy, and how humanity can be lost in systems designed to serve, not connect.

Service isn't as good as you'd expect from a premium brand like Apple. Most staff are nice, although some came off quite cold. Store is clean.
I booked an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement. Turned up 10 minutes early, and was asked to come back in 5 minutes as they couldn't see me before my appointment. Annoying to start with, because I found myself just aimlessly waiting around for 5 minutes, to speak to the same person, and have someone take the phone off me and put it in the back. There were plenty of staff grouping up having conversations with each other so it's not like they were run of their feet. Just a frustrating start when so easily fixed.
Was told originally while booking the appointment it'd take about an hour to an hour and half for the service to be done, when checking it in, was told up to 3 hours, bit of a difference, and given I'd got other plans in 3 and half hours, annoying, but not the end of the world.
Was given a time to come back, because it'd definitely be done by then. Again, I arrive about 10 minutes early to see if it's ready to go, pay up and be gone. Again, asked to come back, in 5 minutes. Ok, should've seen that coming. Come back 5 minutes later, and told, to take a seat, someone will be over. No one comes over, and passes the time by about 5 extra minutes I was told to be there for. So I go up and ask someone else if I'm checked in and make sure everything is right. They tell me the phone is now being worked on and almost ready. So they tell me to take a seat and it'll be ready in 10 minutes. 15-20 minutes go by and finally someone comes out with the phone sorted. Checking out the phone was pleasant and no issues, but what a waste of time just hanging around. In total somewhere around 40 minutes of just hanging around waiting for them.
Generally, just a mediocre service, with a lot of frustrating bumps in the journey to make it just a little more annoying than it needs to be. Over promising, under delivering. Luckily it's not a store I have to deal with very often.

Went to the Apple Store to buy a new phone . Asked for help to choose but was told to wait . Then asked to do a finance self check . Then pointed to an unfriendly agent who had no time for me . Finally met a customer friendly agent after 45 minutes
