Every time I go into this Ann Summers I am greeted by their amazing staff. My most recent visit I was assisted by Jasmine who was knowledgeable about products, helped me select the right one for me and my friend while also making us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. Without a doubt some of the best customer service I have recieved. Very clean store, well organised and the student discount is a welcome bonus. Thanks again to Jasmine and the team for helping us out!

Usually love coming into this shop but I've gone home with one of the non returnable boxed outfits and it has the tag attached to the back of the shirt that was in the box that was supposed to be "unopened". I live a train and bus away from the store and work most days so not sure how I can get this sorted

I shopped in Ann Summers today the 18th Oct... the service was amazing, the staff were very helpful.. my only issue is that I was charged twice for one of the products I brought.. as I'm not from Sheffield I'm not sure how I go about this, I have my receipt, my only proof would be cctv. The product was £25 and it will probably cost me more to drive back up there.. please could someone tell me who I should contact.. thankyou in advance

I used to like shopping here, used to have a good selection of size 28D but now it seems they have stopped stocking this size so now no point in shopping here

Too many staff. Walked in to two women talking who then asked if they could help before immediately going back to their conversation. I felt really uncomfortable as staff were constantly laughing and whispering (not sure what about) and I was literally being followed by one lady who asked me if I needed help at least 4 times, even though I kept saying I was fine shopping alone. I left without buying anything and went Boux Avenue where I felt more comfortable and wasn?t followed around the store or being stared at wherever I went.

The two ladies who were at the back of the shop at roughly 19:45 tonight were very rude. Overheard lots of women leaving the shop commenting on how they were being ?stared at as if they had grown an extra arm?. I actually overheard them laughing about me as I went into the changing room. Very unprofessional and not the attitude to have in a lingerie shop where the brand is supposed to be ?inclusive?.

Only ever had a really good experience at this place. The staff are quick to greet, but leave you alone till you need them and when you do ask for advice they?re extremely helpful.

Great prices, judgy staff not so great, you walk in and want to walk out again, staring and laughing, not the only customers to say the same, another lady walked out refused to buy anything because ?lasses working there are looking at me like I have 10 heads?.
