Had a great experience in All Saints. The sales associate (unfortunately I forgot to get her name) was incredibly helpful and friendly during my time in the store. She went out of her way to show me how to style the clothes I had chosen so that they looked better on me (which is a large part of why I decided to buy them despite them being a bit pricier than I would usually get), and chatted to me and my friend the whole time we were there which made us feel very well taken care of. There was a small problem with the computer systems not printing a receipt but that wasn't the fault of the staff and she kept chatting to us while we waited for the problem to be resolved, which it soon was. Then as we were leaving she even recommended a place for us to get lunch. Genuinely amazing customer service.

Eve was so nice.
Everyone who is a fan of All saits should visit.

I had a fantastic experience shopping at AllSaints in Meadowhall. I was really impressed by the helpful staff. George, in particular, was incredibly polite and attentive. He took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole experience pleasant and easy. Top bloke.

I never leave a review but felt like I needed to , I went into Meadowhall store today , I am in a wheelchair and what was so nice was every staff member spoke to me or smiled at me and was so helpful which really makes a change,normally I am ignored and overlooked and not treated the same as anyone else.Not in this store , George was so lovely. It made such a nice change to be treated like this.Also the store was so easy to navigate upstairs and down

This is first negative review I?ve ever left but still feel so disappointed and sadden with the customer service today that I just had to share.
Usually I do avoid certain shops whilst out with my kids but we were shopping for school supplies and my husband wanted to try on a jacket he?d seen online. When we went upstairs my kids were playing with each other and fell over, they were being loud but they were not being destructive. A member of staff came upstairs, I did apologise but received no reply, not even a smile and was followed shortly after by another member of staff who ran up the stairs, again never said a word to me or my husband. I felt so uncomfortable that I came straight downstairs with the kids and out the shop whilst my husband stayed downstairs and he saw them literally follow us out. They both made it painfully clear that we weren?t welcome in the shop which made me and my family feel pretty rubbish! To make things feel worse we were the ONLY people in the shop at this time and wasn?t welcomed by anyone, no-one asked if we needed any help. No-one said a word to us. Can?t actually believe the level of snobbery at the store today. My kids may be loud and boisterous but at least they?ve got more personality and certainly have got better manners then the staff that were SERVING today!
We?ve both been a huge fan of AllSaints and must?ve have spent thousands in this shop over the years but really is the last time we?ll ever visit this store. Terrible.

Myself and daughter came into Allsaints Sheffield a few weeks ago just looking for a graduation dress, Mackenzie from when we walked in the store was absoutely amazing and brought different styles that my daughter may not have chosen herself. Nothing was too much trouble and with the help of Mackenzie and Nicole who was also fantastic, we purchased a beautiful dress that my daughter looked stunning in. Cannot thank them enough. Service was second to none. Cannot recommend this store and staff enough . FANTASTIC service from start to finish. Thank you.
