Customer service was beyond poor. I wouldn?t even rate it a one. The fact we were not accommodated to in terms of food choice and preference because it had to be checked by the chef. It was down to the chef rather than the customer whereas this could have been explained at the beginning. Allergies were not asked upon seating. The ?bottomless brunch? was more ?brunch? than bottomless. We had 4 rounds of drinks where we could only order one at a time. You could pay for all those drinks and a meal at the end of the day and stay longer. It wasn?t busy, we were lied to, ?the manager said this etc? to then change story of ?the bills added up to this and we didn?t know? but realistically if you wasn?t busy, the manager should have come over to clarify to prevent miscommunication. Please train your staff appropriately. Please wear a name badge so we know who?s serving us at the time. To customers wanting to go in future, I would not even bother with a bottomless brunch. There are better alternatives and options elsewhere. We will NOT be returning.

Lovely place for a date night, good atmosphere, banging margarita, but unfortunately the mains let it down. We saw the £21 for 3 courses, but when we asked for the 10oz ribeye we were told it wasn't available, absolutely let down, looking forward to it. But anyway over all nice place, but maybe for just the drinks.

We didn't have the best experience at all. We ended up leaving.
We were seated then left alone. My partner proceeded to go to the bar to try to order food and drinks where the attendant was busy with their heads down making cocktails. There wasn't anyone else around. When my partner asked if he could order food, the person behind the bar said"I'll go and ask" to which my partner didn't see them again and was kept waiting. We then decided that it was best for us to leave and not hang around. We felt like cocktails were more important than other customers who wanted to eat as well, and so decided to eat somewhere else.

Took my son for a final meal before leaving University. Staff were really welcoming and attentive and the food was amazing! My son had a full english breakfast and I had the Nourish Bowl. Full english looked lovely but my nourish bowl was amazing! The best I have had! I would definitely order it again. I also had a coffee which came with a side of smarties - what a lovely idea (I soon polished them off!). Would highly recommend All Bar One in Sheffield, not just for the food but the staff too. The service was spot on! Thank you!

Had bottomless brunch, great atmosphere with DJ and Sax player, great service from Alex who looked after us really well, drinks and food very good.

Went for drinks only last night. I had to ask bar staff to replace my lipstick stained wine glass when given another dirty glass. Senior member of staff struggled to give me eye contact let alone apologise. No apology even when I returned the second glass to him.
A chair broke underneath a guy on a nearby table. He fell to the floor but luckily was ok. No apology again from the same staff member who simply took the broken chair away. He didn?t replace the chair or offer anything in way of compensation ie complementary drink. I found this utterly shocking. I just don?t understand why a senior staff member of a busy popular bar feels like he can treat customers which such disdain. I won?t be rushing back.

Ok first time here and drinks and food standard as expected, unfortunately no chicken and chorizo skewers available today so went for the £15 fish and chips, nice and hot but to be fair easily matched if not beaten by an average 8quid takeaway, nice place, not too noisy, great service by the patient hostess
