Lovely experience. I broke my rib a couple of weeks ago in the icy Sheffield weather and found difficult to do the usual quick checkout, with my work Christmas party buffet items. I was worried about the speedy till experience (which I usually don't mind!).
The lady on the second checkout from the door at 7pm ish on 11.12.24 was very understanding, kind and patient. Thank you so much for your understanding.
Please feedback this to her. Great customer service!

Not great management..
Went home crying and had a panic attack because I lost my bag.
I was judged intensely by staff members and lied to about cctv being checked. I was happy to ring back in morning. But they decided to make assumptions and treat me unfairly.
Stock wise they have not adjusted to new students. Been okay until this month.
P.s I have been in retail industry for 6 years. I am also a manager. It's a blue moon I go home crying.
Also the vegetarian/ vegan / free from section is terrible.
