Worst special chow mein weve ever had. Dry and bland. Basically a tub of noodles with tiny bits of meat and 2 prawns, no sauce at all. Wont order again

Not sure what has changed but it's really gone downhill....
Ordered for collection waited nearly an hour and then the food is bland and inedible really. Had a chow mein that only had boiled beef, boiled noodles and a little onion....
Used to be really good but it's a shame they've gone downhill

Not having this anymore. Placed my order...we will be with you between 45-60mins bull. This should be we can't complete our deadlines and could you call back in a hour to see if we are less busy. Fed up of royston take aways all lot of them. Get your house in order. If you are busy say you are busy don't leave kids starving before bed. 2hour knock on door full price do one.

The service here has gone to pot! We waited over 3 hrs for our food. Tried calling 3 times and the phone was either engaged or just rang out? Not sure what has happened as it used to be brill. This is happening too frequently just to let it slide!!! We feel sorry for the delivery drivers having to apologise for it.

Ordered vermicelli Singapore noodles, had 2 hairs in it, offered a refund then rang back and said we need the food back, obviously most was eaten as hairs were at the bottom, no refund given, avoid like the
