Staff are extremely rude, miserable and Unapproachable to say the least!I would rather drive to a pharmacy further away just so I don't have to be spoken to in such a degrading manner by the staff.Really should get employees with people skills.

Parked 100% legally outside the shop next door waiting for someone with mobility issues (need the car as close as possible). VERY VERY rude woman driving the delivery van came up and began shouting at me to move my car because "I was stopping her doing her job". There was ample parking available around the other side of the car park (actually CLOSER to the chemist). I tried explaining the situation but the angry little old woman started shouting at me again and began bad-mouthing me to all customers waiting outside as well as staff inside the chemist.Absolutely appalling treatment, especially considering I was parked outside the shop NOT the chemist, so she had no right to ask me to move. Had she taken the 5 seconds to drive around there was a space directly outside the chemist anyway.If this is the type of employee Whitworth Pharmacy employ then they will no longer be getting my business!

Was given wrong prescription took them back as soon as possible to be blamed for it. 1 member of staff lied about asking me address if I'd been asked then they'd of known the medication was wrong. Very poor conduct.

Needed to purchase heartburn medication So RUDE ...Not my fault they are busy !I wanted to spend money but ..sigh why are you here I can't be botheredSo I will go somewhere else in futureWhitworths Chemist don't use unless absolutely necessary!!!!

Whilst I rate the staff and the delivery service as excellent. However something is seriously wrong with your phone service. I tried 5 times to contact the Broom Lane branch without success. Each time I was put in a queue when the queue got down to "you are in a queue of one" it would cut off. This happened 5 times over a period of about 3 hours. I was left frustrated and a little concerned.

I regularly go into Whitworth Pharmacy on Broom lane , I find the staff there very helpful and very professional and there is nothing too much trouble for them,. This is how all chemists should be run , keep it up .

Absolutely fuming with this chemist had issues with them about something and they have gone and told my mother with out me being present something that has caused big arguments in our house I will be getting on to them on Monday how dare they spread and tell tail something that is ment to be privet and confidential disgusting!
