Last time I took a prescription they gave me 1 of the 2 items and said that was all that was on there. They finally found the prescription, realised the error & I had to wait for them to order the missing item. Today the same thing has happened again & the staff in there seemed very confused. The missing item needed ordering, but the prescription had been ignored or lost or misplaced. Had I needed the medication for today (3 days after I left the prescription) that would not have been possible. Nearest chemist to me but won't be using again.
