Was told my prescription was still at ?the warehouse? I had been waiting 8 days already and because I had ran out, I asked for just the one I ran out of. Then conveniently they were able to get my order sorted. There?s usually 8 or 9 member of staff on and none of them want to serve you. I understand the pharmacist is the busy person, but the rest of the staff?it is literally your job to serve people. A lot of people work in retail, like myself. You should treat customers how you wish to be treated back

Even though busy, that staff here are always happy to help.
The female prescribing pharmacist is really helpful and has provided us with advice on a number of occasions which has prevented a trip to the Dr. Amazing service!

Requested prescription with an almost 2 weeks notice, thinking this would be plenty of time to be ready. Gave the lady my name who returned with a rather small package. On inspection found that one of my medications was missing and should have been picked up and added when they came in. I was asked to wait while they finished the order. Ten minutes later someone told me that they didn?t have any in stock and would be in that afternoon.
I don?t have a car at the moment and is quite a walk to the pharmacy so I said I wouldn?t be back that afternoon.
Two days later I walked up again, handed over my slip of the outstanding tablets to be told they?d get them ready for me. I would have thought out of common decency, as the missed tablets was their mistake in the first place, they would have at the least had them ready for me. What would have happened if they?d issued the stock to other customers? And then to be patronised by the pharmacist with ?have a nice day? when she handed them over to me was the final straw. I have taken my custom elsewhere, which I?m sure they couldn?t care less about.

Twice I've been told there not allowed to give me my repeat prescription here because the pharmacist isn't in?
Will go elsewhere in future
Doesn't open weekends either ?

There is usually a wait here for your prescription but staff are usually helpful.

I usually find it's a good pharmacy but does suffer,as a lot of them do, with long waits for prescriptions and trying to talk to them on telephone.Also lots of longs queues on some days particularly near weekends.

After trying for 25 mins to get a appointment was told that there wasn?t any available as Monday is very busy, recalled the next day and got a telephone appointment for 11. Somehow I missed the call and received a voicemail. I called back and the only other phone call opponent was a week on Monday which was ten days away, my wife?s doctors you can get a appointment with a doctor the next day ? This is why I am moving, terrible service here and would hate to have a serious illness. This place needs a serious update
