Went to united carpets for a new vinyl floor and also because the Joiner said he could install new skirting board what I'd ordered. Floor installation was at a set price but i agreed with their Joiner a separate price to install skirting board. Floor was fitted and was spot on but wanted paying straight away for flooring fitted.after that he never came back to fit skirting board despite arranging to finish the job numerous times.very,very unreliable. United carpets were very good,Joiner poor.

Five star service all the way. Jason is a top man when it comes to carpets and vinyl. With over 30 yrs experience in the trade. Got a very good price to supply and fit carpet to the staircase and landing plus both bedrooms. Also heavy duty vinyl to both kitchen and bathroom. I am more than happy with the great customer service and selection of products. Will definitely recommend United Carpets and Jason.

Make sure you ask twice if the mattress is memory foam, because if it?s a memory foam topped spring mattress it will not be made clear as even returning it they will make it clear ?Well it memory foam on top,?

A friend and I Visited outlet store at Rotherham last week. We both ordered a new mattress costing over £1100.00 between us. Staff in store fantastic and really helpful. Mark was amazing and knew his stuff. Unfortunately I took delivery of the mattress today and although a fantastic mattress the delivery man was not. They belittled the store and the staff that work there I asked them to remove the packaging that I was told would be removed when I purchased my mattress I was told that was not their job and it was not on the order and I had to phone the store while the delivery men were at my home before they would remove the packaging. To top all this off one of the delivery men urinated against my bin.Once they left, I phoned the store and the manager Carl was very helpful and apologised. I feel that this could give the store staff a bad name and that is not justified it?s the delivery side that needs addressing.

Absolutely terrible companyOrdered a bed and was told it?d be delivered today. Got a call less than an hour before the delivery time to be told it?s out of stock for another 8 weeks. Attempted to order a second bed that comes with a free mattress, was told the advert is wrong and the mattress isn?t included so it would come without a mattress but I?d have to pay the full advertised price. Was told in order to cancel I had to provide my order number on my conformation email. Surprise surprise, they never sent a confirmation email either. The left hand doesn?t know what the right hands doing. ?Manager Chloe? has the most disgusting attitude. She talks down to customers. She makes false promises, refused to refund me until I said I?d stand outside the store and warn new customers about them. Chloe is not the director, she needs to act her Wage, learn some people skills and get some manners and do the job she?s paid to do, which quite frankly, she doesn?t even deserve as she is USELESS! Avoid!

We are gutted, on day of delivery of our bed they email us & said out of stock. So left us with no bed & still waiting for refund so can?t get another. We paid for delivery and installation due to back injury which makes it worse no bed?.
