Our first visit to the Sunday carvery ,everything was hot and very tasty .
The home made fish pie was delicious and carvery meats were tender and vegetables were plentiful .
Very good value and friendly bar staff .

Anne-marie did a lovely spread on wednesday for my mum's wake would highly recommend the ship and it's staff any day of the week. Fantastic atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble, plenty of banter especially when my husband torments Anne-marie over football xx

Called in with the dog for a quick drink. Friendly barman offered water and treats for the mut, but unfortunately no coffee for the owner in this pub, but happy to have a coke instead. Clean pub with a nice atmosphere.

A warm welcoming proper pub with a good selection of beers and ciders. Very nice staff who make you more than welcome. Easy to park with a carpark to the side and rear of the pub. Outdoor seating at the front and also at the rear of the pub.
