I had a very unpleasant experience at Tesco recently, all due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of a manager named Marie. I approached her with a simple query and instead of helping, she was dismissive, condescending, and seemed genuinely irritated that I dared to ask for assistance.
She interrupted me multiple times, rolled her eyes, and made me feel like I was a burden rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but Marie?s attitude was completely unacceptable for someone in a managerial role.
Tesco needs to seriously reconsider who they put in charge. I?ve been a loyal shopper for years, but after this encounter, I?m strongly considering taking my business elsewhere.

For some reason, they have stopped baking bread and cobs in the store. No signage telling the customers why. Probably the only reason we travel to this store has gone. We'll look for an alternative supermarket.

Forgot to scan part of a meal deal after paying,was told to go to customer services, it was closed,the lady on cigarette kiosk just told me,abruptly ,that I had to join the end of the queue for the kiosk. Waited 15 mins then payed for the missed drink just to get out of the place,non existent customer service, v shabby

As an international traveller, I am highly disappointed that I can't use the Tesco app to get a clubcard as the app is not available in my Google region. Shame on Tesco for excluding international visitors from available discounts

Went to the pharmacy within Tesco, abrupt is the only way to discribethe service I received! Very unprofessional to say the least will not be giving them my custom ever again

Once again over charged bought two items charged for four no contact details to phone the store so having to travel all the way back
To store. Till staff just scan each item instead of scan one type how many you thing there is it?s not that hard surely. 110% check your receipt at check out how many time must this happen to boost tesco profits

Went in for a few things Saturday morning and I wanted something from the bread aisle but in front of me was a member of staff pulling an electric pallet truck with a full pallet of beer on it. He was pulling it slowly backwards with one hand and in the other was his mobile phone. He was too busy looking at that he had no idea or aware if anyone was at back of him so an accident waiting to happen. This is becoming so common seeing staff walking looking at their mobile phone and not looking at there surroundings and customers having to walk round them.

This store is very dirty and unkept. I was served on a checkout by a rude young man named ?Adam? who was very nasty and unpleasant towards me and my missus. Management need to train colleagues on attitudes towards customers. Disappointed!

Been served today by lola on the checkouts, although she's only 18 she was amazing! Friendly afficient helpful nothing too much trouble. Shame the elder staff(females) are not as nice sorry to say. Then as I approached my car one of your management team couldn't be bothered to remove her trolly from the car park, leaving my car to almost hit it!(blue cab mini)

I'm not a big fan of Tesco, but this store has a large selection of items. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to get shopping
