Staff are rude and poorly trained, they would rather stand and argue with you. Iv had waits of over a week here always a que of people waiting for prescriptions to be made up too.

Service was terrible. Wrong medication given - will be taking this further. When I?ve called (bearing in mind I didn?t call during their lunch break) no one answered my call. I had to find a babysitter for my children in order to physically go back after spending two hours there already in the morning.

I'm frustrated.... I did order our prescription from my GP Monday morning.
I went to tesco chemist Sunday morning.
Only one for my son ready prescription.
I ask her where mine & my husband prescription. They check at computer ?. She said me my another medication out of stock and forgot my husband prescription
Oh heck.
I told her we need medication ASAP because our medication ran out.

They don?t pick up the phone, very rude some of them the delay your prescription and when you tell them prescriptions is here more than a week and is still not ready and she said you can go another chemist if you want. I found very rude and unprofessional . They should look into it

I called in on behalf of my father - staff were very busy ....but I was attended to by KRISTY - she couldn't have been more kind or helpful.
She checked and advised me ,that with my Father's medication ,to choose a liquid heartburn/indigestion rather than tablets - which contain sodium.
One happy shopper, one very grateful recipient of purchase .

Shocking service something that should take 10 mins takes hours to busy stood round back chit chatting that actually doing their job and very rude seem like they can't be bothered to do their job

It's convenient if you shop at Tesco, and some of the staff are helpful. But they're tied to one supplier and regularly struggle to get vital medicine. I have made THREE visits this week to get my friends prescription, we still haven't got the full prescription. There seems to be very little organisation and I actually witnessed another customer bringing a prescription back that had another patients medication in it, obviously not checked before it was dispensed and if the patient hadn't noticed, it could have been a fatal error, truly shocking!

Helpful staff, able to supply my medication when other pharmacies out of stock, text message alert system very useful in letting you know when prescriptions are ready

Very unorganised. Got to find my prescription amongst 200 others in no order? Very rude staff that couldn?t care less then have cheek to call you rude when you react? Wouldn?t use them if only pharmacy available. Would rather be ill. Would give them zero stars. Total Mickey Mouse set up. All you get is excuses and them actually advising you to complain. Worst pharmacist or set up I?ve ever come up against. These people get paid for this. What a joke. Needs closing down. Avoid at all costs.
