A brilliant pharmacy with really helpful staff. I've used this pharmacy for approximately 10 years, and I go past other pharmacies to get there. Times that I've had to go earlier than usual to collect a prescription, they've always been extremely helpful to me. I'm really surprised at the negative feedback, I'm yet to experience that.

There?s one woman with hair to her shoulders, brown and glasses on, a little older and shes always lovely. Everyone else just ignores you and clicks away on their computer and pretends that you don?t exist. Surely costumers come first and not the clickerty clicks of the keyboard. ?

I can't believe some of these reviews, For a start the telephone comunication system is not the fault of the pharmacy staff it is a fault with the store. I have NEVER had any problems at all and find all of the staff pleasant and extreemly helpful . From time to time the pharmacy is a little busy and we all feel a little frayed around the edges . Just stop and think how this must feel for the staff who are doing thier best to help everyone in difficult circumstances and some people can be very rude .A little patience and understanding goes a long way

Never have the medication. Ask personal questions in front of others. Lazy always chatting with each other while they can see you are waiting.

Having recently moved to the area, I thought that I would use Tesco pharmacy, Because of the ease of parking and opening hours et cetera et cetera. It?s just a shame, that the pharmacy, don?t really function as a pharmacy.I was informed by the pharmacy one lot of medication missing, but I could pick the rest of my prescription. When I went to pick my medication up, and then there were two parts of the prescription missing!In only 6 weeks the pharmacy has got my prescription wrong twice..This is medication I need as I have Parkinson?s. The trauma of trying to do what should be a simple thing, collecting medication, majorly affects me for many hours afterward.Being interrogated about my ?yes? answer to monthly NHS prepayment was definitely degrading. I have Parkinson?s, naturally I prepay for the medication I need till I die.I suggest Genghis Khan is their next employee.I am looking for a different pharmacy.

Very appalling service..Either they r very busy & don't want more customers or their computer system must be very outdated as they take ages to find you on their system?. you go to pick the prescribed medicine, you have to wait at least 45 minutes before you actually get your medicine.I prefer Wath post office pharmacy over Tesco for this reason.

Several times I have been and item on pescription not in stock. Feeling unwell and having to find a alternative pharmacy is not how I wanted to spend my Sunday.
