I went today with my family and I ordered 2 veggie wraps but they didn't give the wraps properly packing and The behaviour of the staff is very rude with Asian people and they think we can't say anything and tolerate their behaviour but I tell my friends and family to never never visit this venue because they are not talking nicely and they not giving proper service to the customers . I was totally depressed after the subway visit. I request the manager please reply to me on this matter .

I went it today for the first time in a long time, food was exactly as ordered and quite fast. The servers were really polite and helpful. Sat in to eat and it was spotless and the bit of the serving area you could see was very well kept, better than some other local stores.

Polite staff in a bejou shop, they listened to what I said to them as I have a milk allergy! A pleasant experience!!
Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy! Immediately when informed the young man changed his gloves, washed the area that he was serving me from! Then continued to serve me! Excellent!
Parking: Shared parking space!

Terrible service no manners I went in here today at 3.30 with two children the guy behind the counter is trousers were half down showing is underwear they look at us like we shouldn?t be there waited 10 minutes there was no que and no one else in the shop and was not even asked what we wanted just ignored us so we left

So slow - stood in a queue of 2 other people ordering one sandwich each, and I was in the store altogether for 40 minutes! The team had no manors didn?t say thank you for waiting and looked as though they had no idea what they were doing I think an alternative method of how they serve customers should be made priority.
