Came in and straight off the bat, the place was so clean. The service however may I add was the best of any food place i?ve ever been. All staff were very polite and had a good chat with two lads working there. 100% the best service and politeness of a takeaway or restaurant I have ever been to

Recently moved business into centre of Rotherham and having been quite dismissive of Subway without ever being a customer, it's the only place I've found I can reliabley but something vegan. They are open every day and I'm usually late for lunch and still serve food into the afternoon.
It's great. Staff are great. App for pickup works good enough. Happy I'm so close to it

Did not finish my food, bread and cookies were stale, meatballs seemed off, really grossed out by this place, drinks were completely watered down, very dodgy atmosphere, shop half full of delivery drivers

This review is based on the poor service I received today. I had much better service from the same branch in the past. Today, I ordered online (for collection in person) and got a text saying my order was ready. I went to the branch. The order was not ready. Had to ask the staff where my order was. It took several minutes for the staff member to start making the order while I stood around. She then just handed me the order in a bag with no explanation for the delay. I went to the counter to ask for an explanation. The staff member mumbled something about a driver coming to pick up my order. I said there is no driver and I am the customer picking up the order for myself as arranged. The woman?s colleague then said that the order had been made before and that someone else came and picked it up. He (the colleague) then apologised. The woman made no apology.

My hursband had massive food poisoning after tikka masala sandwich. Vomit, fever e.t.c. Never again. This place need closing.

I went in here once, the man making my food took my money then began to make the next persons food, without changing his gloves. Very unhygienic!Vegetarian options: You don?t have to have meat
