Lots of range but the stores feel overcrowded in my opinion with many items difficult to get to. They do not offer a refund but instead opt for an exchange or credit notes.

Joke of a place everything is too overpriced and the staff simply aren't bothered. This is why no one goes to Sports direct anymore because JD is a better alternative

My uncle who is disabled went here sat 10th June and was refused entry at 17.45 by a very obnoxious rude manager who had closed the doors and wasn't letting customers in the shop only out due to the shop apparently closing at 6pm this is a joke as it says 7pm on your opening times rude wasn't the word..I work in retail myself and I know opening times etc this is not good when a disabled person as attempted to get his shopping .. so if you open till 7 pay your staff till 7 then she won't have to turn a queue of customers away because apparently they don't get paid after 6 sort it as its 7pm opening times online this is miss information and was a really big inconvenience to my uncle.

Awful place. More like a jumble sale than a shop. Never any staff to ask for help. Far too many rails/stands for stock, and they're in perfect positioning for taking your eye out. You can't get your body through never mind a wheelchair or pram. Queues are ridiculously long, cashier's look like they could cry! Overall shop needs a refit, staff could do with customer service training and applying a smile.

On 6/8/2022 I went into sports direct to exchange some shorts and the manager on duty said their had been worn they had 6 tiny holes in four at the front and two at the back. These shorts was tried on Only !!!! As a manager myself in retail her customer service towards me was absolutely horrendous she was very rude and she had very poor management . I?ve reported this to customer service and I?m still waiting on a reply as I know these shorts the manager on duty said these were worn theirs a material fault. The manager on duty this day needs to take her customer support course again and also her mental health awareness course she?s a disgrace to sports direct.

Why is it so difficult for a member of staff to pick up the phone I have been trying to phone over the last 2 days so I don't have a wasted journey, tried Rotherham and Fox Valley but seems all staff are deaf to the sound of a phone ringing. I work in retail and we realise that it is only manners to answer the phone and have a polite conversation it should all be part of the service.

I went into the store to get my little one some trainers.I asked an assistant for some help I was told all we have is out on display ,I then asked another if they had a particular trainer in a certain size I was told no I then asked for a black trainer in that size 3rd assistant this time and he took me to a table where I found the one I asked for and was told they did not have it in that size .Staff are not interested in their job just want yo talk among them self, not interested in doing their job this is last time I will shop here .Lots of other discounted sports shops that I will be happy to spend my money in from now on .

You will get 28 days return policy when you buy, bit when you go back to return and replace there will be very rude manager on your face. Highly not recommended for shopping here totally waste of money.
