Have been going to this places for the past 3 years. Always had good experience till today. A lady named ?Jodie? calls my daughter?s name wrong despite correcting and completely unapologetic about it. Didn?t take enough notice if my daughter is comfortable with the new glasses. No explanation of what to expect with the new glasses. Disappointed with the service!

I recently called Specsavers to book my eye test, which went extremely well and the lady who gave me the eye test was thorough and went into detail about how my eyes have changed and what she is looking for. Rose helped me to pick out some new frames and told me about the different options that I had toward lens thicknesses and what is available. A very happy customer and would recommend this store to anyone.

I went for one pair of glasses and got four! I didn't even know that my vision had deteriorated so much in two years. The person who did the vision test was very kind and patient. 5 days later, when I inquired at the store, I was able to pick up my glasses! The difference in my vision is incredible! Kind, precise, fast! I can only recommend them to everyone! I will definitely be back!
