Car wash at this petrol station is absolutely awful, been out of order for a long time and owners don?t seem bothered about sorting it out. What?s point of having a car wash if it doesn?t bloody work!!

It isn't very often I leave a negative review but the experience that I have had today with one of your employees needs to be addressed. I went in to send a few parcels through evri, I haven't done this before and asked for assistance to make sure I was doing it right. The lady told me I needed to return and I was telling her I'm sending parcels, I haven't made a previous purchase. This went back and forth 3 or 4 times. She then scoffed at me and I asked her what the problem was, I told her that I didn't appreciate being spoken to in this way and that I was asking for her assistance. Anyway, I ended up figuring it out on my own through the send a parcel option I initially mentioned to the elderly lady. She said under her breath that she hoped not all customers would be like this today to which i asked her to confirm what she had said and she refused. Coming from a management customer service background, I think she needs more training on this aspect of the business as she is clearly lacking and doesn't understand the system herself. I would hate to think that another customer comes in and receives this treatment from someone in a customer facing role. Shame on you for the disgusting behaviour.

Terrible, Customer service the gentleman at the till showed signs of rascim when we asked for gloves to use the diesel pump he said he has no gloves we asked for the boss and he said no boss and he will not be ringing the boss, I explained that without the gloves I cannot fill up the petrol this was today at 21:38pm. I asked the guy at the till if there are any gloves that I can buy I brought the gloves £3.75 after opening the gloves the guy then decides to come out with an handful of plastic petrol station gloves when I asked. I will be taking this further

The location on Google maps is wrong. The Spar is part of the Jet petrol station further up meadowbank road, going towards Rotherham.

No spar here. Location is about 1 mile out. The SPAR is at the jet petrol station

Knowing the area there is no Spar store where it is shown on Google maps, there's just a row of houses there.
