their cash in machine don't work properly. we went in and were told to use the machine to deposit cash, it got stuck. we were told to leave contact details and that money will be in next morning, still no money and no contact so we will now have to go back in to branch to find out about it.

Changing banks, I've been with these years but over the 8 months it's just gone down hill. All you do is wait and wait all the time. You make enough money ffs get more staff in that can deal with the customers

We had to use this branch on Saturday 23 April due to the one in Meadow hall no longer being there. Although it was annoying to have to travel to Rotherham the experience we had was worth the effort Marie at the cash desk was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us Fantastic service from Marie.

Not enough front line staff available to deal with people. Been having a problem with a transfer of money for two weeks now and still no outcome. Unable to give answers to why.ABSOLUTE RUBBISH AT THE MOMENT.

Tuesday 8th August, the vranch was closed, also closed previous day, notice on wondow said it was temporary and to use nearest branch in either Barnsley or Doncaster... Yeh just a short walk then!!Only one cash machine working, Rotherham is a ghost town anyway, looks like 5his branch is headed towards closure too.

I have a business account here. Our business needs £1 coins. The first time I came to pick up the coins, they said we didn?t have coins. I gave my business account. I also said that you don?t want to go in, and then the staff went in to get them £500 for a bag.The second time I came, I got it very smoothly.The third time I came to get coins, there was only one staff member at the counter, Meris, who was very nice. I told her that I wanted £1 coins, and she said that there were no coins and told me to go to the post office to get coins. I was a little disappointed. I don?t believe that a bank has no coins.

No wait at the counter, pleasant staff, bright and clean bank.Sadly Rotherham town centre is still in decline and I am concerned how long Santander and other banks will stick things out in Rotherham.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. The bank is atrocious at answering the phone, making online transactions where they make you feel like a criminal and the attitude from the call centre staff is disgraceful. My advice, stay well clear.

Could do with longer opening hours, to suit people who work. However I accept it's difficult at the time. Special mention to the guy at the door who organises entry, he is doing a great job in difficult circumstances.

Could you amend your opening time information. It is giving 4.30 pm for the Rotherham branch. I went at 2.30 pm and it was closed, giving 2.00 pm on the door . Could he correct time be updated on the websites thanks .
