Just want to say a massive thank you, I?m registered disabled and have a no waiting card, which Iv never had to use before, but got caught short today as was held up in ques, the staff behind counter called for a manager which took me straight to use there disabled facilities. (Not open to public) just want to say these were the cleanest best disabled facilities Iv ever used, and staff were immediately there when I needed them, ten stars for the hygiene and facilities to the disabled toilets. Thank you. As some shops don?t recognise the no waiting card and staff knew immediately what it was ??
