Horrible room, wasnt clean toilet was so dirty and the shower had long hair..
No electric sockets near bed.. Closest was near door.
Will not come back dont recommend either.

Would highly recommend this Premier Inn. Particular mention for Jamie on Reception and Amanda who cleaned my room. Checking in was quick and easy. Reception staff friendly and professional. I paid for an early entry to my room and checked in just after 11am. Once in my room I found it was cleaned to a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable and I had a very good nights sleep. Bawtry Road is a carriage way so light sleepers may have a diffrent experience to me but its worth staying here. I did not book breakfast before hand, but went down to the restaurant in the morning and was greeted warmly and was given my breakfast. Overall a very pleasant stay as nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. I have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and this place is now in my top 2

We had difficulty making the booking, and Liz was just amazing to help us & ensured we got a room ... so friendly, helpful & Lynn who was there too who was too .
All the staff were very friendly & helpful, a great stay.
Food & drinks: Very good value ; staff very helpful , friendly
Breakfast was very good, food & staff were great..Alison was awesome.

Absolutely spot on. Rooms are basic but what do you expect from a Premier Inn! There was a lovely older lady on reception when we checked in, super chatty and sent us some recommendations for how to get to Clifton Park for the gig. All staff who worked on the front desk were super friendly and helpful tbh. Would definitely recommend. It was only around £7 in a taxi to the centre too.

Stayed just for one night as we were watching The Reytons at Clifton Park. Telephoned the hotel the week before as wanted to check in early. They were great and at the end on my telephone call I said "it's OK I only need a bed and beer". When I got into the room they had left me 2 bottles of complimentary beer (wow what more can I say).
Also the receptionist Steve was amazing, my partner had forgot her phone charger, I asked if the hotel had a spare one, he said sorry we don't but you can borrow my personal one for the night.
Just 2 little gestures that the Premier staff didn't have to do but they did & I was taken back by their generosity.
Breakfast was awesome in the morning.
The Reytons were out of this world.
Thank you Premier for making it a wonderful stay x

Premier Inn was brilliant as always. However, the beefeater attached to it closes early on Sunday evenings, 20.45 last orders and bar closed at 21.00. Not good for guests who are there on a break who want a drink. Very disappointing on the whole. Not good for business.
Food & drinks: The menu at the Beefeater does not cater very well for vegetarians. The food was okay but tended to be a little overcooked and dry. The cooked breakfast however was excellent

I arrived at the hotel and there was parking available so I easily parked. When I checked in I was greeted by a lovely smiley friendly gentleman. He gave clear instructions on where my room was and booked me in for dinner.
Rooms: The room was very clean, comfy bed and had all the accessories I required. I slept well. It was modern and stylish. Overall I very lovely stay.
