    Had a massage with Logan today and it was spot on. I booked a session last minute , as I have loads of tension in my back, neck and shoulders at the moment.     Whilst the cut and colour I had today was good. Customer service was poor .I had an appointment for 08.30 and was left sat until 08.50. Had to ask if the stylist was on their way.Then to be told they were with another client in the nail bar.Don't feel that's acceptable .     Extremely comfortable experience at the salon.When I left my hair looked absolutely amazing and it stayed perfect all night!
