“My mum and I went in looking for a phone for her yesterday. We came across an s22 ultra for a decent price, An employee from the store (didn't get his name) but provided great customer service when asked to look at this phone in further detail. My mum decided she wanted the phone but returned today to buy it as she wanted to sell her phone to them at the same time. Another employee, Mario, took over today when we went in and did a wonderful job in helping my mum transfer all of her stuff to the new phone from the old. Once completed we bought the phone and my mum left very happy with her new phone. Thank you Mario and to the other employees who also provided great customer service to us during our time there.”
