Absolutely diabolical customer service! As soon as I walked through the door the 2 ?men? looked at one another and said ?oh god sake not kids? as I walked into store with my 2 children! Both hesitant to even serve me, Not one single member of staff out of the 4 on shift was helpful! All on there phones taking personal texts/checking social media, supervisor/manager had an attitude problem. No empathy that I?ve had signal issues for the last 4 days and I use my phone for work so I?ve lost out on 4 days worth of work. Not to mention I have 2 young children who attend childcare whilst I work and the childminder hasn?t been able to contact me. My usual store is Doncaster Frenchgate but that is closed due to being refurbished so I had no other choice but to travel to this god awful store in Rotherham as it was the next closest store! My eldest son has a medical condition and asked to use the toilet as we aren?t from the area and we?d not seen any public toilets but the supervisor/manger refused my disabled child from using the toilet! Didn?t even explain where the public toilets were just said ?there?s public toilets up the road? this store needs closing down or staff need training on how to present basic customer service skills! Judgemental, unacceptable & disgusting behaviour!

DO NOT TRUST. I was assured my phone contact would be sorted because of over charges that I shouldn't be charged. I got charged £100 for a days use abroad that should be £6 day. I'm abroad again and my £6 bolt doesn't work? 3rd time abroad. I canceling when I get back. You don't get thus with Vodafone or EE

visited this store today with my 91 year old mother in law to exchange a phone that she had purchased last Saturday at the Meadowhall branch, was told by a member of staff that we couldn't exchange it there & would have to go back to Meadowhall. we made another journey to Meadowhall & was told by the manager that they should have exchanged it there & was given an apology. very poor customer service .
