Just had my first appointment with a Nazma Majid.She was absolutely wonderful. I'm really nervous but she listened and was so helpful.I think I've finally found the dentist for me after being happy for years with Jason Fields prior to his retirement.The receptionists were brilliant and really put me at ease.A huge thankyou to you all.

I?ve been going to this dental practise since 1992. It?s changed a lot over the years but the service is still good & staff are friendly & I?ve no complaints about the various check ups, fillings etc I?ve had.

I've booked an appointment 1.5 month ago. I informed reception team that I will require longer appointment as I've lost my permanent filling so I will need a new one. Receptionist said she put it in the system but when I actually got there I was told that dentist has no time to put permanent filling in. Ridiculous.I meant to have another appointment today. Dentist meant to swap temporary filling for permanent one but I was let down again. Receptionist just called me and said that they need to reschedule that as booking was made with different dentist (V. Chandran) and that dentist pretty much refused to do it for me and want my regular dentist to take over. So basically I need to wait another month for appointment now. So I am 6 months pregnant, waiting over 1.5 month for that appointment and now need to wait for another month. I just told receptionist that my next appointment on 14th September need to happen as I am not planning to reschedule again. I am planning to take it further with a manager as customer service and luck of proper dental care in there is appealing. If you don't know what's that about, it's all about money. I've heard about the fact that dentists are rescheduling appointments there to serve private patients in between nhs patients but I thought that just gossips. Clearly it isn't.

I take my daughter here and the staff are friendly, polite and very caring. The dentist is constantly reassuring my daughter, explaining everything she does, in a calm,relaxed way. Highly recommended ? I wouldn't go anywhere else.

First class service once again all staff very friendly and put you at ease as soon as you enter the practice. Never a painful experience only paying afterwards and that?s something they have no control over. Really good experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. Really patient with my granddaughter who is always very anxious when visiting the dentist.

Great practice. Called at 8am with chronic tooth ache. Got me in at 10.45am same day. Pain free by the evening. They even emailed me the lost receipt to claim back through work. Very efficient and professional. Thank you

Me and my family have been using this dental practice for nearly 20 years and would not go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and professional and they have resumed service well following the pandemic.

Great experience every time. Polite, professional, caring staff. Seen Mr Ahmed on a few occasions, takes his time to explain things, and puts your mind at rest. Gives the options and involves the patient in decision-making... Would definitely recommend!
