Very unprofessional!Had a quote 2 weeks ago for 2 beds and 2 settees. Went today to place the order and the price is completely changed. A different sales person a different price.NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DON?T HAVE ANY PRICE TAGS ON ANY OF THEIR FURNITURE.We wasted over an hour last time as it took the guy over an hour to price up a sofa set, 2 beds and 2 settees.Today the answer was ? My brother is not here but we can?t do it in that price?. Wow! Why give a price when you can?t honour it?What a bunch of cowboys!The place and staff are both run down! The staff is not attentive and looks like they are forced to be there.

I had expensive Floor laminate put down , got told it will never come up , 6 months later boards started to move , I told by manager it?s your floor that?s to blame even they never came to check it , never companies fault , manager has no customer service skills, very rude ,very nice till he gets your money always want paying cash ?, staff treated like slaves and behave like it , never company at fault for breaks , scratches , accidents, and dodgy jobs they do !!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY pay bit extra for customers service else where .
