Ordered multiple times always something wrong or missing and this time they decided to accept the order wait till 20 mins after delivery time and cancel the order with no reason

ordered from here. never really had a problem but today my mum and stepbrother complained that the chips were cold, burger was cold and even the cheese bites! weather this is the driver fault or the food is just undercooked is disgusting.

Got time to waste? Like ordering stuff and receiving random items instead? This is the one. This is the Maccies for you. Where you can be waiting from 10 to 50 minutes for your order with no obvious reason or explination whatsoever. Just absolute random stuff in your bag that you didn't even know existed never mind ordered.
Where the cleaners have more idea about where your order is than any of the actual staff.

Absolute joke. Everytime we go somethings wrong with it, where we order for delivery or go to pick up. Either sauces WHICH WE PAY FOR are missing or something. Today's we went, got the sauces, but given a Just Eat order that they decided to put our orders sticker on it. Just a joke, I get when busy mistakes can happen but you don't even get any help with these issues because no one is ever really available to help. Tons of staff, lacking in management. Whoever runs this McDonalds need to sort it out, only reason it takes any money is because it's a McDonalds, if it wasn't the place would he empty...

Got delivery, it was squashed right at the door, drinks poured out, food was cold, fries were unsalted and mcnuggets tasted like cardboard.

What a joke this McDonalds is, whoever thought that it?s a good idea to stack people that had gone through the drive through to wait in the car park to receive their order is a genius NOT, no one got their food at the window, our order came out to the car park twice. Absolutely the worst experience at a McDonalds.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 mc flurry?s. Had to have fresh made as they had been sat on the counter for over 10 minutes. If I hadn?t gone in to get them myself would have been waiting a lot longer

When I went heat I came for a quite in and out to just get some food yet after 20 minutes I was still waiting and I just don't think that it's fair delivery drivers get priority over people who come here for a bit of food

Shocking customer service. Was waiting 25 mins in the car park for our order which included a hot drink going cold. Asked someone regarding our order to b told she was going as fast as she could and shrugged her shoulders at me. Went into the restaurant to get my order. Finally got the order to get it home ( live close by) to find it cold. Not the first bad experience here.
