We were driving home from shopping and thought we'd call in for a quick bite to eat.
The front door was open continually and the internal one kept sliding open.
The problem was it was about -2 degrees outside and it was very cold where we were sat.
Plus it took 10 minutes to get our order to be brought to us.

Just eats order waited 1 hr for breakfast order which then was cancelled no idea why so made a new order and waited almost 3 hrs . Called the restaurant only to find it had been cancelled over a hr before because the milkshake machine was broken even tho I?m not sure why this affects the whole order . So still no food or refund . The franchise owner should be embarrassed.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Always slow service, just ordered a big mac took it home to realise it has no cheese and gherkins and barely any onions.

Sat in drive through for 15 minutes, nobody answered? Drove round to the windows and can't order there! Need to go round again!

Don?t know what?s happened to the drive thru here but last 3 times i?ve been i?ve been told to park up and wait, only to sit there for 20 minutes plus, then having to go in and ask for my order again. The only reason i come here is to get something fast when im in a rush!

Food service is so slow, you can be waiting 20minutes to get your food. This can be at 3.15pm on a Friday, or 10.30pm on Wednesday. Also chips can be cold once you have your food.
Last time it took 20mins I was advised that they were waiting on burgers.... Aren't burgers your main thing?

Absolutely the slowest McDonald's . Waiting for food here is ridiculously long even when it's empty . I don't think they grasped the term of a fast food chain here . Another day without milkshakes and all. Next time I will go to pub across street and probably have food faster

Always missing things from orders. Ordered breakfast online and they forgot food which was for the kids, had to go down personally and they refused to do fresh food as it's was now stone cold and was horrible. Waste of time and money

The worst McDonald's i know, always having to wait for food and tonight topped it off, used the drive through as its meant to be easier, we ordered one happy meal. Gor told to parkup 25 minutes for one happy meal to be ready, in which I had to go and collect ?.. not busy at all ? car parks empty and 6 people sat in the restaurant, there more bothered about uber orders ?.

Ordered spicy chicken meal, chips were cold but the spicey chicken was inedible due to it being extremely over cooked especially around the edges. Worst meal I have ever had from any MC Donald's.
Would have returned said rubbish but we had left to eat on the go.
No milk, serviettes or sauces offered and no receipt roll in the machine and what was very obvious was the lack of customers, very odd for a MC Donald's....I wonder why!
