Collected a drive thru order after ordering on app. 25 mins in drive thru waiting food was handed to me to find was wrong. Went inside to get correct order. Got home attempted to eat the food to find x2 of burgers was rock hard as if has been re warmed. Contacted them to get this dealt with to be told there?s nothing can be done due to them replacing the order once. After stating it hasn?t been replaced they gave me wrong order to start with. He then went on to say your order was a hour ago. I explained I had spent nearly 45 min messing around at there restaurant. I Was basically called a liar on the phone. DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH THEM. Won?t be spending another penny here!! Management clearly don?t want to cooperate with customers and don?t care about the restaurant reputation?.

Made to feel really comfortable
Parking: I found a lot of delivery drivers were takeing disabled spots up. Also some poeple who weren't disabled parking in these parking bays. I wish it was policed better as there aren't enough disabled parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: A bit limited inside for a wheelchair. I usually eat in the car for this reason.

Food is sloppy and just chucked together and half of food missing and as for the delivery drivers wow deliver drinks upside down gone all over my carpet not happy at all takes the piss if you can't do your jobs right get I different job ffs!

Called here tonight and ordered at the drive thro, wanted to use the app new to it and not sure how it works, turns out neither do the staff that work there. Got our drinks & was told our food would be brought out to us, asked if they could make sure the fries were hot & fresh. I had a tea that had no milk with it so had to go inside, food came out & surprise even tho we?d made a request for hot fries they were barely warm as was the burger! Definitely won?t be visiting here again!

Too busy prioritising online orders that they keep shop and drive through customers waiting almost 30 mins! When food finally came out, order was wrong, missing items and all stone cold. Some chips still raw. Won't be back!!
