Went through the drive through and was told to drive to next window and then left and forgotten about!
Only a small order as well so after a 15 minute wait we went to see what was happening and they had forgotten what we ordered. Rude staff and didn't care.

Drive through. No communication for ages. Waited ages for service.
Wasn't impressed.
Eventually, someone did attend and apologise. But as I got to the window, the young lady spent time doing her hair without any acknowledgement. Kept waiting again.

Everytime I order from this place, something is missing, the last 3 orders.
For some reason my uber seems to have this one as the closest to me so it's always the first one they pick or I'd have ordered from a different one.
Even when I've been on the drive through,they always forget to pack something.The staff really née dti check there orders are complete before sealing them.

I orderd food tonight chips wear cold and stale but u no thr worse part i gave them the food back for refund and they wear gonna reserve the same food they gave me to these needs investigating food hygiene I'm reporting them to the food hygiene disgusting

Called on way from ane visit at 05:30 Sunday morning.drivethrough took ages to acknowledge I was there n got my order wrong.on collection I drove into carpark to eat it.when I opened the days n egg McMuffin it looked at though my car had run over it .took one bite n binned it luke warm n like cardboard ...staff in parkgate mcdees need a kick up the ass...young lads don't give a shit no customer service what so ever

Drive thru is an absolute joke. Two lanes, taking more orders from one side than the other. When I got to place my order I had to park up in the car park and waited about 15 minutes to get my order. It was only one meal, how long should it take. If this was an American drive thru all staff would have been sacked for their slowness.
