I always been here never had an issue, women bought a coke back the other day saying "this is coke zero and not what I ordered" next minute the staff member put her drink on my tray which the other customer had tasted it & drank from it, however it was not the same straw I belive this was a genuine but odd mistake however this was a disgusting mistake.

How can you call it a fast food it took 1 hour and it was cold and items once again missing 2 very unhappy kids and if u reorder it chargers you again for delivery what a joke

Absolute awful and Dangerous place eat from.
Myself and wife bought food from here on Saturday, please all customers check your food before you eat it, we bought 2 chicken wraps and both had cold chicken which was pink inside and cold bacon, we have taken pictures and sent to Health and safety at the council to follow up on.
I called on the Monday and asked to speak with manager, if she is the manager then this franchise should be shut down immediately and McDonalds Head office should investigate their standards.
Avoid this place especially if you are giving this to children, it could really hurt a person eating there.

The shop is a less than a 10minute drive from my house so they have clearly packed me some old chips been sat around !

Big shout out to the Manager, on his own 2 staff down.
But yet rallied his 2 staff that were in and delivered everyone's orders, until he eventually got extra help.

Busy, as it was later evening but the staff do their best from we are able to see. Food seemed a little "too fast" put together, given it took a good 30mins to prepare. Other than that, a usual McDonald's

never gets our order right. what's the point in putting in preferences of what you don't want then they put it on anyway. food just goes to waste and money wasted if not on food put on petrol to go back for the correct order

Very rude staff I walked in and was heading for the toilet and was going to order after only for the cleaner lady to shout from behind whilst I was walking up the stairs are you going to order which was so rude of her as she made all the customers to stop what they where doing and stare at me I found this extremely rude and arrogant I tried to address this matter with the manager and got no response for the manager just stared at me as if I was talking to the wall appalling service will never be visiting that place again ?bad customer service

Delivery cyclist bardging you out of the way. When I mentioned this to staff it so what attitude I guess I was the only non staff member around.
