The staff were amazing, especially the manager (Lee). He was so welcoming and great support and was just a wonderful person and even though I came 45 minutes before they closed, they were still able to get my problem solved and even past closing time, which I really appreciated. I had an awful time speaking to the Lloyds bank team and even got my phone cut off, and there was no support at all.

They can't even be arsed to correct an opening hours on Google and I've just wasted 45 min drive in a massive rush. What a waste of time.

Staff are very helpful and courteous with enquires, the bank has a ramp for wheelchair users or steps inside. They always have a team of cashiers in place within the branch. Withdrawal or deposit machines inside too.

Google maps says it shuts at 4pm on a Saturday. When you turn up its actually closed at 1pm
