Not anymore ?i came here on lidl Rotherham from 8 years The Girl white-skin with black hair look like from different country sitting at till time 14.35 today Lidl have to tell them how to talk with customers if anyone have different skin colour?no hi ,hello ,thank you ,please no smile talking to me very rudely?when lidl hire they hire without telling them how to talk or serve customers

Got to be said for a Tuesday teatime visit stock availability about 99% sufficient checkouts open cheery staff ? About as good as it gets.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Lidl. Firstly, it was evident that there is not enough staff on duty. Despite having long lines with customers waiting on three different tils, they closed some of the checkout lanes, which made the wait time incredibly frustrating.
Additionally, I noticed that many products were missing from the shelves, which is quite inconvenient when you're trying to complete your shopping. To make matters worse, there were no bags available for packaging the bakery items, which is not only impractical but also unsanitary.
Overall, my visit to Lidl was far from satisfactory, and I hope they can address these issues in the future.

Terrible Store! Limited staff on checkout, therefore guaranteed to always spend most of your shopping experience in a queue to pay. They have no self checkouts, so even if you're just buying one item, you're waiting a lifetime to pay for it. You will be greeted to the store by the homeless person at the door asking for your money. Rest assured a security guard is always on site to follow you around. They do come in handy though when you've decided enough is enough with the queue and abandoned your shopping. The guard will help you find an exit so you can escape the Lidl trap layout! Visit your local convenience store instead of going here. It may be more expensive but if time was money, you'd be spending millions in Lidl.

The fresh bread is exceptional , I can't get enough of the uncut cobs. The staff are very helpful, & polite. Cleanliness of the store is of a high standard, and the shelves are full of produce. I find their food good value, of excellent choice . Parking is ample

This store used to have a nice buzz about it. No staff on shop floor to help find items and when I finally got to the till after a good wait the male staff member was more interested in chatting on his intercom than replying to my good morning statement. Thank goodness I rarely go into this store now...
