The whole practice is excellent- the receptionist couldn’t be more helpful and polite - has to be one of ,if not the best surgery’s around - from what I hear of others - just brilliant, keep up the good work and thank you.

Say in waiting area. Receptionist on the phone to her friend (using work phone) and leaving the other phone to ring and ring and ring.Ignoring patient's to discuss personal life during working hours is ridiculous
