Music was far too loud. The food was cold. The chips in KFC are not great in general. Very annoying not being able to get a regular Pepsi with sugar. Rather disappointing.

Order arrived, but when I looked inside the bag it was completely wrong. ordered boneless chicken, got burger meal, chicken on bone, wraps and bbq chicken. Called up to let them know they had packed the wrong order (it was delivered with my receipt), but the woman on the phone said it was impossible for the order to be wrong as she had packed it herself. Asked if they were going to do anything about it and the response was it's not her problem. Very rude.
