Not long ago this had a refit so rooms have new floor coverings and walls been recovered , bed was super comfy. Will use again .

Room was okay. Strange damp smell all round hotel. Staff were rather rude to my sister even trying to say she hadn't fully paid for her room when she did. Was there for 2 1/2 days and room wasn't cleaned once.

Not even worth 1 star the rooms. Shocking and stay away if you can. Reception staff were very apologetic and helpful

Rooms: Clean and basically furnished rooms. Excellent bathroom with strong walkin shower. Very small TV, which may bother some people but not us.Food & drinks: Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice.Noteworthy details: Advertises as dog friendly for which there is an extra charge. What this means is the dog is allowed in your room but not in any of the public areas. To eat, you had to sit in a meeting room off the reception area - fortunately a good pub within easy walking distance serving excellent food, which we used as had friends joining us. Meeting room was OK for breakfast.

Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds and a great shower. Staff are great & the breakfast was mega! Highly recommend.Food & drinks: Has a bar in the lobby with comfortable seating & a small menu if you fancy a bite.

Good hotel for an overnight stop. The room and bathroom were clean as well as the staff very nice and friendly. The only thing missing in the room was a face/hand towel but apparently that's the hotel policy (not to offer these towels other than bath towels). Didn't try the restaurant.
