Booked for a antrim service, was there at 8.30 am . Went to pick it up at 5pm , it hadn't even moved from the car park . Said it would be don before 6 . I couldn't stay and had to take my vehicle . I'd arranged pick ups and drop offs , not very happy

Amazing service carried out by Hannah on Friday,! She went above and beyond during my visit and kept me informed through my car being in the garage, definitely made my experience feel VIP even going that extra mile and offering to make me a coffee because I was cold! 10/10 FANTASTIC!

Wow wow wow just been for my MOT, I always worry so much so I did arrived feeling sick. It failed for a light, I did go to an other Halfords they said ? the light ? was not needed with my age of car. So went thinking I?d covered all bases. Anyway I got upset, they responded so empathic too me changed the bulb ( which the other Halfords said they couldn?t change it as it was an ( electrical fault ). They changed it no charge then I passed my mot I?m so so grateful.

How they can call their selves #1? On Monday 9/9/24 National Tyres wasn?t possible to do 4 wheel alignment as they have no equipment, on Wednesday I went to Halfords and they did what they did ? only 2 wheels. As manager said ?by mistake, apologies?. I?ve been booked for 3rd day service as my appointment time was finished ? Customer support wasn?t helpful at all and tried to refund me a difference as they don?t understand that in another garage or the same one I should do the fronts again because rear ones should be done first.

Disappointed. Took my sprinter van for mot . They failed me on handbreak said it needed new shoes I took it to Mercedes they tested it and passed me straight away saying nothing wrong with it .

Get told to come in at 11:30 for aircon regas. Told there's another car in for a regas so my car won't be looked at for another hour then take another hour for mine to be done. 2 hours later I come back to find my car in the same spot and they haven't even looked at it yet. Overall had taken 3 hours

Took my car for MOT all went well until it was pay up time. Halfords Internet system went down so I couldn't pay and had no cash on me. Waited approximately 1 hour for their Internet to reboot. It didn't reboot so I couldn't pay....Anyway to cut a very long story short the service was very good and up to date (13th April 2024) my MOT is still a freebie lol ?

Booked a slot to have 4 tyres fitted, I arrived early to be told they had 1 MOT to finish and they'd be able to get my car in. About 2 hours later, well after the booked slot, the car finally got into the bay for tyres.
To put the top hat on it, next morning I had 3 flat tyres on the car, blew them up with a foot pump and had them checked for leaks, all losing pressure slightly on the seats.
The only reason it's 2 stars is they refunded the online booking fee.

Extremely poor service! Do not recommend Halfords. I purchased tyres online and booked an appointment for the next day, with an additional charge. Upon arrival, they informed me that the tyres were not available, blaming the online system for allowing the booking. They suggested they would call when the tyres arrived, but after two hours, there was still no update. They provided no specific time frame and lacked any means of tracking the order. I had to cancel the appointment due to other commitments. Overall, the booking service is terrible, and the staff cannot address customer concerns or follow up. It's worth noting that Halfords themselves advised me to book online. I will never use Halfords again.

From start to finish my experience was extremely poor. Long waiting times due to their inefficiency, poor communication throughout and total incompetence from the the team and their manager and overall a total waste of my time which left me out of pocket. Manager said he would look into my concerns but never came back to me, when I went back to them and spoke to the manager again to rebook he said he would send a message with my appointment time, needless to say he never did, so I took my business elsewhere. AVOID at all costs!! If there was a zero star option here I would have given it. Mistakes and human error happen, but it?s how you rectify these and communicate well, based on the experience of this Halfords branch it is evident that they couldn?t care less about their customers and for that reasons I will not return.

I've given Halfords autocentre 1 star but only because I can't give it zero. It deserves no stars at all. Utterly hopeless. My husband took our campervan for a simple service but they oyverfilled the oil. He got a too much oil warning light so he called and they said to come straight over to remove some. But when he got there they then said they were too busy which wasted an hour of his time. So he made another appointment for first thing Saturday am. He got there before before they opened but they still kept him waiting for over an hour before taking the van in. After another hour or so they said it was done so he drove home. But again they had not done their job properly and the light came on again and checking the dip stick shows there is still too much oil in it. How difficult is it to put the right amount of oil in? We had no more time and now we are on holiday with a warning light constantly beeping. Utterly unacceptable. And at no point did they ever bother apologising. I recommend going anywhere else but here.

Never ever any halfordsI give them to clean o2 sensor, adblue refill and dpf clean the one for £85. Drove for about 1 mile and engine management light came on. Went back they diagnosed the car and told me my nox sensor is faulty. Then did not admitted their mistake and I ended up at dealer paying £744 for new device.All I get from them refund "to pay towards bew sensor" as they said."Dfp was measured at 0.2 so it was clean and they been cleaning anyways.
