Car service parts ordered. 5 days later still no message to say ready to collect. Shop visited, no-one in shop, had to physically walk into the stock room and shout for assistance. Order found in cupboard, when got home found that order was wrong.
Even though I have a trade card think next time I will just order from local car spares shop.

Nice staff very helpful. Where possible, Make sure to order online and pick up in store might be cheaper and it's more convenient.
