I know your company is working good but you have to tell your staff how to treat people not to be racist and not to be rude i am doing deliveries about 2 year in this area we have just options of Gregs and McDonald in this area and manager old lady is very rude working on Friday she said to wait and i wait about 15 minutes outside then i again came and delivery was already ready i ask her is that mine she said she dont have time very rudely even she didnt listen?and then she said i can go and cancel the delivery and dont come again?dont treat us we are your slaves?we are worker doing work with your companies?and if food is ready and going to be cold then customer ask us why that is cold i advise not to do deliveries from there they are ridiculous ?

Everytime I have been to this shop every single member of staff look really passionate about there work place and they should be proud. There management team are a real credit to the shop and you can see how hard they work. Their food is always fresh, tasty and if it?s not they are very honest and are very quick to put it right. All staff visibly bend over backwards for there customers and It really makes my Greggs experience. I would recommend this store to anyone as you are always guaranteed good quality food.
