Just been over to ask for a Salted Caramel latte. Gave the lady my cup and she refused to serve me unless I gave her the lid because of ?health and safety?. I don?t want the lid on because it messes up the cream and caramel sauce. I?m 51 years old. I think I can manage a hot cup of coffee thank you very much!! Also it was not a problem yesterday or the day before when I went to the same branch and asked for the same thing. No problem on those two occasions or at any time last week. The thing with being a jobsworth is that it annoys people who just want to get on with their day. No problem. I?ll vote with my feet and never use Greggs again!!!

Greggs fell short in terms of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and pricing. The variety of items on the menu was a positive aspect, but overall, my experience was disappointing.

Great staff and nice food, it's cheaper to get the deals with drinks sometimes rather than buying seperate, especially breakfast.
