Need more staff or a seating/waiting area. The shop space and flow is not managed well and the service very slow. Guessing it?s down to staffing costs? When you?re unwell you don?t want to wait for your prescription and then wait just as long again to pay! I also feel very uncomfortable saying my name address and DOB in a public space, especially with a line of 8 people waiting behind and two in front. Might need to re-think data protection? ..

I had great service from this pharmacy regarding an ear infection, all the staff were very friendly, got to see the pharmacist with a very short wait. I managed to get over the counter meds. Refreshing service from a great team. I will be going again!

Allergic to colourants used in tablets. Script states white tablets. This pharmacy does not care and are mis issuing prescriptions as they continue to dispense red coloured tablets. Cost cutting at the expense of the customers health. I prescribe I know my patient rights and you should seek to source medication AS PRESCRIBED not because you?ve not got them in stock. Poor service complaining to the RPS

Large sign in the window reads: Free Prescription Delivery Available for all Patients. When you enquire you get a snotty response that you don't fit the criteria.

Really disappointed in this Pharmacy that so called ?medical professionals? are still NOT wearing basic PPE in the middle of a global pandemic that is killing millions. The lady behind the counter was pleasant and helpful but she should either be wearing a mask or not working in such an environment as a pharmacy where high numbers of ill and vulnerable people will be visiting. This kind of behaviour is why we?re in the mess, they haven?t been adhering to wearing masks for months. I notice the young ladies in the back of the store were wearing them, but the person serving customers should be. There was no sanitiser on the counter either. Absolutely mindless behaviour and disgusting that people?s ignorance to this disease is contributing to the deaths, damage to people?s health and financial costs to businesses and the tax payers. The evidence is clear. WEAR A MASK! It?s not hard and if you?re so called ?medically exempt? then if you?re too ill to be able to wear a mask, you?re too ill and you shouldn?t be working in such a place, or you should actually be MORE strict as you?re more likely to die from this disease for goodness sake!!!PLEASE DO SOMETHING BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE DIES AND THE VIRUS IS CONTINUED TO BE SPREAD!
