His extensive knowledge made the upgrade process remarkably straightforward, and the quality of service he delivered was outstanding; he was incredibly helpful throughout. Although we live around the corner from another EE store in Sheffield we always use this store in Parkgate. Jordan is always helpful and friendly. Seems like a genuinely nice person. We're always sorted fast and always happy with the service there. Thank you ?

Hubby has been with EE now for a good few years. Our contract was coming to a end and hubby called and set up a new deal and saved a bit of money (we have broadband too)
The only negative we have had was a few years ago we went in to renew and they switched us to B.T without saying they had. We only found out when we got a text from EE saying they were sorry to see us go. Hubby got on the phone and sorted it out and got the contract cheaper but it shouldn't have happened, plus we had the faff of sending a router back. Didn't put us off though and we are still with them.

My partner, who is an adult with profound learning difficulties, came here on Sunday for a mobile phone with a budget of £30 a month. Her understanding was that that's what she had when she left.She left with a contract for a phone, home broadband, insurance and a tablet SIM. The total cost was £121 per month. She was in tears when she realised. She's on a low fixed income. The price of the phone alone was 60% higher than if she'd have ordered online / over the phone, for the exact same phone and contract (which she didn't need, as she doesn't use the web - they had maxed out data, texts minutes obviously, as that yields a higher commission). My partner says they "would not let her leave"The store refused to accept return of the goods, who insisted we spoke to the EE billing department (who after 5 hours, confirmed this should have been returned to the store with no charge, and there are hundreds of complaints about the same store, of the same nature, who they are, in their words, "sick of dealing with").Was promised a callback within 24hrs from the store manager, which never happened.The store wrote down for us that the incident was recorded and tried to make out we were lying. When I logged an SAR request with the store to retrieve the recordings, they failed to respond. They also failed to callback the following day, as promised.Avoid avoid avoid, particularly if elderly or vulnerable

Absolutely disgusting service from store agents to manager the manager was an absolute disgrace his name is Jamie, I had already updated his agent of my issue and he update his manager Jamie they said they cannot help me even though it?s EE fault so I that?s fine I will just report this to EE nothing against them in the store so the agent said let me do my manager Jamie hen he came with obnoxious attitude he he HOW CAN I HELP YOU I in a rude manner then he said he can?t help me I said I will raise a complaint about then he proceeded to follow me to the door as I am exiting the store and started to argue with me in front of other customers this disgusting and UNPROFESSIONAL the manager needs to be disciplined

Went there 3 weeks ago wanted a sumsang phone, the lady said she has ordered it for me I should collect a week later, went to collect it was the wrong phone, they pre ordered and said they will call once it comes through, second week still waiting. Don't bother are buy elsewhere n cancel the contract. Poor customer service lady was mimicking her friend who was standing behind me.
